Organizer & Hostess – FRANCES NICOLAIS, CMT
Frances is the CEO of Focus on Fascia LLC. It’s divisions include the Fascia Retreats, the Myofascial Release Center in Glendale, California and as well as the Kneaded Experience LA, providing MFR Chair Massage throughout the Los Angeles area. She has been a Certified Massage Therapist since 1993, and an Expert Myofascial Release Therapist trained by the John F. Barnes’ Myofascial Release Seminars starting in 2003. Frances is now an official JFB MFR Work Study Group Facilitator. She is also a Senior Staff Instructor at the Hands On Healing Institute in Tujunga and is the developer and main instructor for their Focus on Fascia series (over 300 hours); structural Chair Massage series (over 60 hours); and structural Sports/Fitness Fusion Massage course. Her Advanced Skills Fascia Retreats are approved for up to 13 CEU hours for Massage & Occupational Therapists through NCBTMB.
Retreat Coordinator – TABITHA HERSEY, CMT
Tabitha started the massage program at the Hands on Heali
ng Institute in 2012 and has become deeply interested in their Focus on Fascia (MFR) classes. She has taken almost all 300 hours of the Focus on Fascia classes and is now starting her Teachers’ Training for the entire Focus on Fascia series! She is also famous for her amazing administrative abilities which she graciously provides for the Myofascial Release Center as its Client Liaison assisting new clients to match them up with the best therapist for their needs. She is also one of our talented Senior MFR Therapists at the Myofascial Release Center, with beautiful skills to assist in your healing. Tabitha is also our Retreat Coordinator for the Advanced Skills Fascia Retreats.
