The safety of our therapists is our top priority. We are committed to providing an experience that meet the highest sanitation and hygiene standards in the industry. To get the most from your weekend, we ask that you be aware of the following standards and requests to help us ensure your safety, as well as that of other therapists attending the retreat:

We are asking everyone to bring their own face coverings and sheets. You will be asked to use your own sheet when you are receiving, and sanitize the table after each use (we will provide materials for sanitizing). We will be doing temperature checks at the start of each day, and those with over 100.4 will not be admitted into the meeting room, and asked to leave the retreat (retreat funds will be transferred to either of the next 2 retreats – hotel refunds are separate and decided by each hotel).

We will provide pens, hand sanitizer, disinfectant, sanitation wipes, gloves, (if wishing to use). In order to accommodate physical distancing between tables, we limit attendees according to the size of the meeting space.

Our retreats are ‘hands-on’ and therapists must fully participate in all of the ‘hands-on’ sessions throughout the retreat. In addition, in order to receive CEUs, you need to participate fully, including all ‘hands-on’ labs. Requesting to ‘observe only’ creates uneasiness with other participants and will not be permitted. To fully learn Myofascial Release ‘touch’ is a necessary aspect. You must wash your hands frequently (sanitizer will be provided by retreat), wear face coverings if treating with your partner supine, and follow our safety instructions.

Anyone who is experiencing any symptoms such as fever, cough/shortness of breath, or aches/flu like symptoms and/or if you have been in contact with anyone with these symptoms within 14 days of the start of the retreat, should contact Fascia Retreats at to transfer your retreat funds towards a future retreat. Your attendance at our retreat is subject to and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
